So... you read that right: I've been banned from the GWA subreddit for a very resolvable reason, IMO, but whatever...

I accidentally mentioned my Patreon in one of the posts; however, when I received the ban letter, it was about something completely different, and not even about the Patreon mention, which was kind of weird...

Anyway, as you can see from the letter and the latter explanation, they do not match AT ALL (I WOULD ADVISE CHECKING OUT MY REDDIT POST!)~

I do admit, though, that the Patreon part was not a good move on my end, and I did it completely unconsciously. Of course, though I was warned about it before, I made that trip-up again. Mind you, I do have issues with my ADHD, so sometimes forgetfulness is a big issue. But if they feel a perma-ban was the right move for them, then so be it...

I hold myself responsible; it sucks that I will no longer be able to participate in the Subreddit under ANY account from here on out, sooo, yeah...

At least it was a good two-month run for me...~

So, what are my plans going forward?

Well, as the title mentions, I will move all content I've posted to GWA (Non-Taboo content, ofc) to my Patreon for paid members; that is over 12 new audios that will now go down permanently as exclusives!~

The taboo works will most likely be reposted to my X page and/or a new Subreddit I'm in, which I won't be posting AS MUCH in as GWA but WILL be posting in from time to time, called (FreeAudioPorn)!

Most of my works will be exclusive and not free from here on out. I MIGHT, in the future, however, make my own Subreddit to post my audio works in, but I will be mainly using my Reddit main page for that purpose, as well as mostly to post previews of future exclusive audios

I will also be using Reddit, as I use X, and post pictures of my IRL self, make update / "what I'm doing today" posts, and ofc naughty posts (which varies depending on the theme, whether it be audio- or video-based)~

For those on Reddit, I HIGHLY advise you all to follow me on my Patreon and become either a free or paid member to get access to all my work! There is a 45% discount on ALL TIERS through Halloween; here's the code!~ (CE69C) 💕

And before I close this post, a little rant about GWA~

Although my time there was enjoyable for the month and a half I was a part of it, I've noticed a few GLARING issues with the Subreddit not just in that two-month period, but also WAY before I even got serious with the subreddit itself~

#1 Witchhunting

Hunting of certain "targeted" people GWA doesn't like, using subreddit leverage to bring harm to certain people for certain reasons.

A big example of this was what happened to me back in 2021 (Though I do take full responsibility for what I personally did to be removed from the Subreddit in 2021, the witch hunt that took place afterward was very uncalled for, but I am not the only one they have done this to... GWA has a ton of cool and kind people; however, there's a sort of "cabal" within the higher ranks that are all in "kahoots," so to speak~

#2 Downvoting Posts As Weaponization To Push Other Content Creators Who Are A "Threat" Down

Does GWA use coordinated downvoting? I believe so; agents in the subreddit have done it to me, I've complained to mods about this, and they still did nothing even though downvoting is "highly discouraged"

They take new talents who might not fit their "preferred image" and create a downvoting campaign on the GWA post in the first hour of its posting to prevent the post from being widely seen on the general subreddit; most people won't notice, nor click on a post that's 20-30 posts down, and the downvoters know this.

70% ratio at the 30 min mark after the post has been made is pretty egregious and uncalled for; however, this has happened several times to me, and to MANY other VAs I have spoken to on GWA in private chat, especially up-and-coming VAs on the platform~

They'll then say, "make better content," like, bro, I make better quality work than most of your talents except for like 10% of them, and I ain't tooting my own horn, but this is the case....

YOU just have a quota of favorited content creators and while I don't really care tbh, it's still the case, and you WANT to uphold their status against new dangerous competition... 🙄

#3 BOT Usage

They're also known to use bots at times to create post inflation, etc

At one point, in Spring 2025, they gained tens, even hundreds of thousands of members over a few weeks; from 700-800 online members they've had consistently over the span of YEARS to over 3000 all of a sudden...

I pay attention to this sort of thing; it looked strange at first, but I turned a blind eye and a deaf ear to it~

This massive jump is highly unlikely unless they're using other methods. That's fine; do what you gotta do to boost your talent's visibility and your subreddit's overall visibility.

However....

Using bots to artificially increase traffic or engagement on a subreddit violates Reddit's Content Policy against vote manipulation and spam, and it typically results in permanent account and subreddit bans.

They need to be careful about this cuz they may have been getting away with it thus far, but who knows for how long~

#4 Favoritism

Does the GWA Subreddit structure and the mods have favorites? Absolutely, and I would say they prop them up very well and push others down algorithmically (please refer to #3 and #2)

#5 Absurd Moderation Changes Over The Past Year

The subreddit has definitely become more of a "politicially correct" area, and though I support some of this for the protection of certain marginalized groups, the changes of the rules to completely kill off certain themes like "femboy" or "futanari" for example, were very unneeded imo, if you were to portray a "dickgirl" or a "futa" in your audio post you have to put "LGBTQIA+ Slurs" in the title bracket which is very uncalled for in my personal opinion, as well as the heavy moderation of other, otherwise harmless, aspects within the community and to be fair MANY other people see this as an issue as well, not just me...

There are probably many other issues going on with the Subreddit I don't even know about, so if any of you guys have personal experiences or have witnessed other events go down on the Subreddit, do let me know and I can add them into the post body~ 💕

Anyway, If you guys have any questions, comments, or concerns, please be sure to let me know~ 💕
