Grand Vok Alia [Sprite] (Starli)

I want to keep her mysterious for now. Like the "Yuki Versus." piece, this is also a roundabout teaser for Episode 11's story.

So I'll just compile what I've let slip in the server so far:

1. She's a major supporting character in Episode 11.

2. She's a native to Catabasa.

3. She'll be voiced by KittenVox using an accent she rarely gets to use.

4. Many of her familiar attributes are no accident.
