Heya Josh. My Dad and my sister are both huge fans of the Pirates franchise. They love all of them. I feel like Jack Sparrow was acting off in the movie because he's supposed to be old and past his prime. I can see if you don't like it. Also, there is a stinger in the credits that hints at a possible 6-quel. Why????
I certainly don't blame Johnny for his performance feeling a little off. And as you say, perhaps he was partially trying to act older. I just feel like it could've been so much more. More importantly though, I'm glad you and your family get a kick out of all of them Nick
