Awesome video, and I appreciate you being honest (and good luck with the agency work!) With regard to Doug, I think people are a little too quick to say "It was all Michaud!" Doug still chose to sell the IP to him and he needs to take some share, but obviously not all the blame. I do have some sympathy as I've run projects and things can go wrong. But having seen the latest video (Blockbuster now gone) it is so sad to see where this has gone wrong, and that have been some fundamental mistakes in terms of communication and treatment.
