Fun list. About the part where you mentioned you dislike the "Villain moving to the Hero's house and destroy it" trope, I also don't like the idea for the same reasons as you (it never happened to me, but I'd be aggravated beyond belief if this ever happened, and I'm not too sure if I'd ever recover from it if the damage is beyond repair (this is just hypothetical btw). I also have autism, so I can see why it would be unsettling). I need to add that people with autism generally are very sensitive to their environments, so this would make it even more unbearable for them (topped by the home being a safe place to relax being wrecked as you mentioned).
