Video: The Abysmal Mcdonalds' Drug Cartoon Review
A side-project I had the weird urge to review 😆 I'll jump back on to a main project next 🙂

Oh the 90's.....😆
Captain Planet actually was pretty legit, the AIDS episode was badly needed at the time considering back then it still had the stigma of being "the gay disease", so it was refreshing for a show to say "hey this disease can affect anyone, not just gay or bi people" and to dispell the myths surrounding AIDS at the time. It also handled the subject of drugs better then this special did in that one episode with Linka's cousin.
Yeah Captain Planet gets quite a bit of flack but at the time as a kid I legit did find it interesting. It certainly handled some important concepts.
I recall seeing it in school in 1st grade. I don't recall remembering anything about the plot. I just liked seeing all the characters in it. I would argue that marajuana was never good, but it's much worse now than it was back then.
I'm so glad I was an adult and stationed in Germany when this came out.
I have never seen this special actually.
Why do you dislike Muppet Babies?
Fair question :) I just conceptually hate the fact that we have to turn all the adult characters we love into infants. Like I don't get why
Drugs and alcohol can almost certainly turn you into a green zombie man! I know, it happened to my good friend Murdoc Niccals!
Hey I like ALF and the Smurfs. 😂 Actually arcades were pretty questionable places back then. I'm sure I could have purchased drugs at mine if I wanted to
The 2020 equivalent would have Bluey, Steven Universe, Miles Morales, Teen Titans Go, and TADC teaching a kid that Vaping is bad 😂
Lol it totally would be about vaping 😆
Brilliant video as always Strider! ♥️
