I feel you Strider. I have just one grandparent left, my grandmother, the other grandmother died when I was almost 18. This episode had SpongeBob's iconic meltdown which always made me feel uncomfortable due to how close it is to an autistic meltdown. I just have too hard a time watching this episode for a number of reasons
I lost my Grandma last year. I am 43 and I don't have any grandparents left sometimes things trigger a bit of the weepy. Especially when I have a tres leches cake
I'm sorry Leslie. I lost my grandma a couple years ago and I kinda wished sometimes I knew how to feel. I respect that you can process your sadness better than I can. I often feel a mix of emotions from sadness, loss, fear and even anger sometimes.
Not one of my favorite episodes.
this actually might be my least favourite episode of season 1-3 And the funny thing is, I remember watching this episode with my Nonna /grandma I remember she really enjoyed it and especially the ending moral and I’m just sitting there like I really don’t like this episode I hope no one teases me like that with my Nonna I agree this episode really makes me uncomfortable, especially with the bullying I was bullied all the time for liking Thomas so I get way too close to home Yes, sorry if I went a bit too long on this comment I got two personal but this episode hits too close to home in all the wrong ways But at least in the actual Nonna/Gramma like that, I guess
It's actually refreshing to hear the experience of someone who saw this with their nan 😄 I think my nan would've liked this episode too 🙂
I basically grew up at my grandparents house, when I wasn't at home, school, or the daycare center. I never really saw the appeal of this episode.
I've lost one grandmother some time ago. Makes me glad I'm consistent in keeping in touch with the other
Patrick has always been such a bad influence. Makes you wonder if he does it on purpose at least half the time
Honestly it’s an ok episode, but definitely not a good one. I also find SpongeBob’s meltdown towards the end to be a bit much for me…
This episode makes me so uncomfortable, its an episode you can only watch once.seeing spongebobs meltdown hurts me so much since i hate seeing spongebob cry.
I like parts of this episode and parts of it I totally hate. I love the relationship between Bobby and Grandma. I hated the whole mocking. Because what is bad about showing love and receiving love by a family person? I didn't like Patrick in this. Like, hell, I wish I still had a Nan to kiss.
Damn that sentence sums up this episode in reality so well. "Like hell I wish I had a nan to kiss." Particularly post covid. Much respects my friend.
I love this episode ♥️
Oh? Was there anything in particular you like about it Connor? 🙂 I'd be interested to know
