I love that Mr. Rogers is getting so much attention. I grew up watching him on PBS even though my parents didn't like him, namely my Mom. It is kind of weird though, I noticed a recurring motif, any time I see a video of someone discovering Mr. Rogers for the first time, it's the same two clips every time, and I mean every time.; it's always the kiddie pool with the police officer of color and the young fellow with the special chair. Don't get me wrong these are wonderful episodes and were very meaningful but.....it's always just...those...two. Maye a tiny blurp about the JFK assasination but not much more than that. For a show that was on for so long, I wish peole would dive into the other episodes but I guess for the views they choose those two. It's not a complaint it just struck me as kind of odd....like, am I in the Matrix odd...
Lol I know what you mean 😄 whenever I looked up news on the guy they always used those bits of footage. Plus the classic tent out-takes 😄 That tent deserved it lol
That’s the most realistic take I’ve ever seen on the show It’s true there are instances where Daniel acts less than stellar but he seems to learn by the end of them and it’s more or less accurate for someone his age (I assume he’s around kindergarten age correct me if I’m wrong) most times on social media they just show him in a negative light
hey i appreciate the mini cameo!!!!! the amount of times i get called Daniel is actually quite funny 😆
Boy, oh boy, do I ever miss Mr. Rogers... The world really needs someone like him now...
I miss Mr Rogers. He didn't a fast pace and flashing lights. He just took kids seriously.
The show has an autistic character named Max
It’s refreshing to see a positive review of Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood
I’m glad you decided to review this show. It’s definitely not one of PBS’ best shows but I grown to appreciate it more as time went on, as well as how respectful it is to Fred Rogers’ legacy.
I never realized that Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood was founded by Fred Rogers. Often seeing clips of the show on social media, he often acts like a brat. I was glad to see the other side of the show. I agree, missing Fred Rogers right now as we need a figure like him today in the media.
