I always skip House Worming. It is so gross. Nasty Patty is actually one of my favorites. The line "Ew! It's all icky and corpsey" makes me laugh everytime. I do see why you don't care for it. I do feel bad for the trauma this caused Spongebob.
I love Nasty Patty personally, those kinds of dark episodes I find really enjoyable.
