Early side-project: Videos I removed due to controversy / censors (ad-free version)

Left a comment on the video, but I remember discovering your channel back in 2016 and saw all the videos you have uploaded at the time, including Controversial Anime. I knew the story behind the Italian Cartoons list, but I still want to say I am sorry you and the creators had to deal with this. It was just messed up how that cult attacked creators just over some bad cartoons. As for Worst South Park episodes, besides seeing the negative comments, I remember some discourse about your comments about trans people and nowadays I agree these words are harmful and glad you grew past that. And the whole thing reminded me of the book I read back in high school which depicted autism in the most offensively stereotypical way and it wasn't until after I discovered your channel, as well as finding out the author did no research on autism when he wrote the book, did I finally realize how harmful this book really was.

It's really respectful that you've clearly learned and improved as a person after these more negative videos. I think that's all we as an audience can really ask for!

I do miss those cartoons around the world video's. They where really fun and i genuinlly hope you'll do them again but with a modern touch that represents youre channel more 😊.

I see why you had taken down the worst South Park episodes video it must have been quite fucked up with that episode being your first exposure to the trans community and I empathise with you I was proud to hear you had educated yourself on the trans community It isn’t your fault Strider, as much as I generally enjoy the show (but I don’t worship it) I agree that episode was abysmal and I agree with most of your choices for the worst episodes ESPECIALLY the Garrison episode When the episodes are bad they can be feckin vile I haven’t seen the most controversial cartoons video though and I was certainly taken off guard when you mentioned you had sworn a fair amount there it’s hard to picture you swearing like a sailor 😆 but yeah great video as usual 😁

I really enjoyed this video and I’m really sorry that you got caught up with that crazy cult. That wasn’t your fault, people can just be crazy and heartless sometimes. As for the South Park episode, that video helped me avoid episodes that would be terrible, so thank you and again wish you didn’t go through the negativity of the comments since people on the internet can be brutal and cold, but I’m glad you kept creating videos as I love watching them and donating money to help fund your channel, as well as everyone else. Finally, I got some nasty comments on some of my Tumblr posts. Try killing them with kindness first, but if it continues then I block. Plus the Mr. Garrison episode where he transitions doesn’t look appealing but I’m glad your learning and growing as a content creator and cannot wait for your videos in the future.

For what it's worth I visit your old videos every so often when I'm feeling blue becasue they are so fun, I like Silly Strider. The only video of yours I could never finish was one (I can't remember exactly which one because there are several with analgous themes, it was one of your newer ones though) in which you were I think discussing desserts or snacks that were banned in other countries and I think just about everything was American and I just kept hearing on and on about Americans with their fats and sugars and calories and junk food (some of them I really enjoyed but in moderation) but you were so against every single one. I started to feel so depressed and beat down as someone who has struggled with her weight all my life and started feeling so ashamed to be born in America I simply couldn't watch it anymore. But that's it. I turned it off, didn't give it a thumbs down, and simply waited for the next video because I really like your channel and your content.

I really appreciate the segment about south parks transphobia. I’m a trans man myself, and it’s always heartwarming to see people learn and grow from their mistakes, instead of doubling down.

Yea, folks used the trans thing as a reason to have doubts about you. I don't remember if that's still the case, but I do remember witnessing that
