I have to agree with you on that Mercedes. That one bit where his eyeballs are replaced in the shadows and he suddenly loses his free will is really creepy and I always ended up skipping that episode. The themes made me real uncomfortable... Just kinda blotted it out of my mind lol

Personally I've always found Bestest Friend to be the scariest Invader Zim episode. I understand that organs being stolen is a terrifying concept in general, and yeah...Dark Harvest certainly owned it. But the episode never fully got to me because none of the characters ever express any pain or damage. And the concept and themes of Bestest Friend I feel are a little darker and more twisted
