New Samurai Jack review (Patreon Vid)
Thanks alot for introducing me to this new season :) It was a pleasure to check it out. I'll post the poll for the next cartoons shortly :) Feel free to leave other suggestions for cartoons for me to review.

I'm personally OK with not having as much humor compared to the previous seasons, since this is meant to be the end of Jack's story. I think it was smart to make the show feel more "mature" since the kids who grew up with the show are now adults, and the creators can work with less restrictions. I totally get wanting a bit more comedy, though. Episode 6 had a lot of funny moments, so at least the humor isn't completely gone. Everything else you mentioned was spot on.
True. I think most other people are fine with the super serious story as well and it certainly matches the darker tone. Humour in this is trickier as it's easy to seem out of place in this setting
At least it has it has it's moments of humor, though not as much.
