Dev Update (April 27, 2023)

Hey ya'll! Hope you're all doing great! 😄

I've made a lot of progress developing the game these past few weeks, thanks to a bunch of holidays this month hehe. This time around I wasn't focused on anything specific, I jumped from game design to coding, rendering, dialogue writing, etc. I know I said I wouldn't do that but it was kinda necessary this time lol.

Once I started planning out and creating all the quests in-game, it became very clear I had to modify and improve the existing code, systems and renders. and so I did.

50% of the planned quests for chapter 2 have been created and play tested (I caught a lot of bugs in the process, hopefully I fixed all of them 🙏). I plan to finish creating the quests for Chapter 2 within the next 2 weeks. Once that's done, I wanna create renders for dialogues I've completed then release an official update. The update will include about 20% of chapter 2 quests, because they don't all have full dialogues yet, and those take a really long time to make.

But that's it for now. Expect version 0.4 in a couple of weeks. I can't wait to unravel every thing that I've got planned 😄
