Dev Update (December 14, 2025)

Hey guys, hope you're all doing great!

This is gonna be a relatively short update.

So, I'm finally done with the promotional work and preparations for the new game "Lust In Nocturne", and I'm satisfied with the results of the R&D I did on AI animations. Speaking of, I'm surprised (and relieved lol) so many of you are okay with using AI animations. I've still not 100% made up my mind about using it, but I'm heavily considering it now.

Anyway, I've continued making progress on the dialogues for Chapter 3 of Cabin Corpse. I first focused on the dialogues for the playable cassette tapes you'll be using on the TV, and was able to complete all 5 of them. After that, I started working on dialogues for v0.5.8 specifically, and have been able to finish 5 of them so far. My goal is to finish all the dialogues (all 69 of them) before I start creating the renders and releasing game updates. This should take about a month of work to accomplish.

I also wanted to let you guys know that I'll be travelling to spend time with family members this Tuesday and won't be back until early January. So that means I'll be away from my PC/Workstation for at least 2 weeks, and will have to put the rest of the dialogues on hold till then. I posted an early Christmas wallpaper to make it up to you guys 💖

In short, I'll be back in full force next January, with hopes of finishing Chapter 3 dialogues by early February at the latest.
