I had some... unplanned festivities for New Years and am running slightly behind schedule.

Well that could be good or bad. Hopefully the worst is only a slight hangover 🥴. Not a night in the hospital after being run over by a drunk driver 😵. (Years past experience and why I never leave the house on New Years Eve. 🙄)
Damn, that's got to be the worst New Years story ever. Hopefully everything healed up okay? Nothing like that at all. A couple of friends showed up at the door and said "Let's go!".
