[TAS + ND | Announcement] Notice of release delay until April 29th/30th

Hello everyone, LunaWolve here!

Unfortunately with another sad news, as I need to announce another delay on upcoming chapters for around a week.

As I mentioned during the last delay at the beginning of this month and after taking a lot of your (very kind) feedback into consideration, I've decided to implement a "release-delay week" into my schedule going forward.

What that means, specifically, is that there will be one week (maybe every month or every 2nd month, not sure about the frequency yet), where I won't be releasing chapters for neither RoyalRoad nor Patreon.

I will still write during that time, but those chapters will go into the backlog so I have a bit more leeway on sick days and days where work is extremely stressful.

This was the idea featured under the "How to prevent this in the future?" section from the last Announcement Post covering this and was predominently considered the best course of action by all of you.

As such, I will be taking this one-week off from releasing chapters, in order to stock back up on backlog chapters for rainy days in the future.

I hope that this one week will be enough for quite a while, but if, by next month around the same time, it proves that it is not, I might implement a week-off as a monthly thing going forward.

More on that in future announcements.

---

The next ND chapter will release on Monday, April 29th (or whenever it's done, since I still owe all y'all for the monday three weeks ago! So whenever it's done, you'll get it, but no typical Monday/Thursday chapter).

The next TAS chapter will release on Tuesday, April 30th (or whenever it's done, since I still owe all y'all for the friday from last week! So whenever it's done, you'll get it, but no typical Tuesday/Friday chapter).

I sincerely apologise for this renewed delay on new releases; I know it's getting annoying.

I'm probably even more annoyed at this than you are, trust me! :(

 ---

Thank you all SO much for the continued, extremely generous and kind support on all of my novels.

It's truly a humbling and extremely enjoyable experience to provide these stories for all of you and I can't wait to get into some of the next chapters with all y'all.

That said, I'll be seeing you guys next week.

Thank you for your patience!

Luna as always, you come first! Take as long as you need, hell take the whole month off if you need! There is no TAS or ND without ya! With that being said, take care of yourself :)

IMO, Stop ND and focus on a single story. Especially when work is busy. It’s better to be consistent on one story

ND is Luna’s anti burnout creative endeavor, that would not be wise

Thinking and deciding about the possible free week each month adds additional stress. So make the decision right now that it will be a monthly thing. Removes the stress about deciding about the stress free week. After you have a backlog you can always post extra chapters 😄

Yes, perhapse a week a month is the best way. I only ask for one caviot, if the chapter is a cliff hanger. Then you should have enough backlog for the very occasional release.

Yes, I don't intend on leaving people on cliffhangers unnecessarily.

It’s worth the wait since both are extremely good stories Take care of yourself and keep up the great work

Not annoying at all! I am simply happy every time I get a chapter, that's all there is to it. So you go and take your time off anytime you need it!

I always recommend the Selkie way - mwf, and admin week at the end of the month.
