Public news regarding development !

Hey there !

It's been a while so I thought i'd throw some news about me and the project !

So this month has been a bit busy, as it's the month in which I finally got done with depression.

Since March 2020 I've been highly depressed due to failing relationship, familial problem, and financial issues, at first I didn't think that it bothered my work, but after a bit more than a year I realised that the main reason ToU got slow is that I gave up on myself back then.

But not anymore, a few weeks ago, I took back some energy, and realised that, goddamit I want to create VN, and write stories and I want to make myself a name in the industry.

I want ToU to be remembered and I want to live from that amazing project.

So in early May I took the project seriously, I packed 0.9, released it the way I wanted.

Took a week off to think about new ideas for the game, and learn new way to improves H scenes & renders overall, and I made a lot of progress.

I really want to live from this project, but to live from it I have to get money, Patreon is my only source of income.

I don't get a cent beyond it so I rely 200% on it each month to feed myself and those around me that sometimes need it.

Which is why I had to raise a bit my tiers and change them !

I valued the 10$ & 20$ tier a bit more!

Mid may I decided to go Big D, and release stable and deserving updates so I really pushed the render quality, pushed the animation production using more complex method that my good friend Cryo helped me refine.

Starting today and til the end of 2021 my goal is to reach atleast Part time (1000$) / month and start to commit to that project 100% !

As for the game itself

Beta 1 will be available for 20$ Patrons the week of the 10th of June. And it'll be up the week of the 17th of June for 10$ tier !

(Do not forget that the page is on upfront payment so I advise that you pledge at the beginning of the month if you consider throwing a neckbeard memelord some coins!)

I have 3 objectives for 0.10

1 : Better animation and more of them.

2 : Higher render quality and upgrades on the lights

3 : Better grammar

and 4-ish as this one might need time and progress through the tiers : Larger updates overall.

I have still a lot to tell in that beautiful story that we all began.

And I hope that with this post, I'll be able to pinpoint the day in which I moved my ass and became the most manly, peak performing fantasy dev out there !
