This collection is an absolute life saver for me but with the new update it won't let me open the sims, is there any way to fix this? :(
the cc itself was never broken, only the game! you have to apply the recent hotfix to make your own game compatible with cc again
Hi ive downloaded these but the only ones working are the chains from ear to nose. How can i fix this? everything is unzipped and all in the mod file

no custom presets or sliders are used, everything is achieved with my skin details + cc

Is there any way to dontload just some of them? Do you have them more seperated as other posts? Cuz I love some of them, but its so much stuff if i have them all and dont even use most of them
Ohhh nvm, I think i found out? When I downloaded the last time i guess something went wrong since all of it was in one single package file
I noticed when I use the piercings that they are severely misplaced on multiple sims. Is that due to the updates? EA could have changed small features like that
for me they work like usually. might be that some sim face values are changed if it is different than before for you?
How do you unzip the file??
Just right click on the file and select unzip, but you need a program like winRAR if u still can´t unzip it (Sorry if it doesn't make sense, i'm still learning the english language)

I downloaded it and i don't see the piercings, i searched in all the options taht it can be but i don't find them, I think that maybe I didn't downloaded it correctly, but maybe is just that it doesn't work
they're under general face acc/earrings category :) please make sure to also unzip the file
Have had these downloaded for years because I absolutely adore them. The only thing is now all of the lip rings are glitched to only be gold??? Even if I choose another color they stay gold.
i had the same thing happening to me, i removed my sims CC and non-CC clothes, makeup, tattoos, anything i thought was messing with the texture and nothing seemed to help. i decided to see if it was her other jewelry and the diamond/plumbob ring from crystal creations ended up being the problem. i have no idea why, but taking that ring off fixed it. not sure if this will help you but hope you find a fix.

Hi! I'm noticing I can't add both a nose piercing and eyebrow piercing on the same side of the face
yeah that's sadly how the game works, in order to make most piercings compatible with each other i had to sacrifice which ones to work in combination.
Hihi! I've noticed that the lip ring swatches aren't working, they're only showing as silver :( I had an old download of the piercings so redownloaded this full collection and I'm still having the same issue unfortunately
hmm that's weird, if you select them in cas you maybe have other cc selected occupying the same texture categories?

in which way? do they not show up in cas? don't forget to unzip the file
For some reason the piercings are not lining up with my sims face. Like the eyebrow ones are over the eyes. Any idea as to why? I don’t have any overlay on and I cannot figure it out lol
sadly there is no perfect way to make every piercing ever align with every face possible, even the ones by maxis sit oddly sometimes (very often tbh, my cc usually works better for me personally), in such cases you might adjust the eyebrow shape or a bit of the facial structure

Hi! Thank you so much for all your hard work over the years. I recently started using the HQ mod, however your piercings textures are all smooth and look way different to when the mod is turned off. I tried using the HQ mod converter, but that didn't do anything. Is there anything I could do to fix this problem? Thank you!
thank you so much!! i'm sorry but i don't really understand your problem? i took these photos with hq mode myself and the piercings don't look any different in my personal game whether i have hq on or off, so idk what you mean :(

the nose studs seem to not appear anymore on the face when equipped. the other piercings are all fine. i tried restarting/uninstalling, using different sims etc but nothing. not sure if it's just me but just thought i would let you know
hmm weird, for me everything works fine, are you sure they're from this zip file?
i have custom content enabled + unzipped the file and theyre still not showing up in game :(
have you looked in the right category? they're under face accessories, right where the earrings are! if they are still not there, are you sure you put them into the right mods folder? sometimes if it goes down too deep into subfolders some cc categories may not appear
Do you have any Piercings like your Hades ones For the top of the ear shell?

Do you by chance have any sort of bridge piercing or Gages? all the gages i have don't make the ears stretch with the earrings :(
bridge piercings are here in this pack, ear gauges/plugs in my other earring pack, tho they are adapted to the default ears. means they wont reshape the ear completely

i tried getting this mod about 3 times and it does show up at all, is it outdated?
It is not. Have you unzipped the file? If yes, have you looked at the right category in CAS? They're at facial accessories.
how do you layer the piercings? you know, using multiple at the same time
By choosing all the ones you want to layer in CAS
LOVE your piercings so much!! BUT I am having an issue using them AND lashes?! The lashes I have are Skin Details and your piercings are accessories, shouldn't it be ok like this? For some reason its messing up the lashes though and making them have blocks of color or silver on the ends.
EEEE thanks a lot MWAH 🖤 oh that seems like a mapping issue, the default texture space is TINY and sadly custom content sometimes has to share spaces, seems like there's a conflict with the lashes you're using! If the ones you use have a version for another category (glasses for example), these would probably work better with the piercings!

hey, im having a hard time finding these in the gallery, i have them downloaded and in the proper folder but i cant find the piercings in the actual gallery to put them on my sim. can you help?

Thank you! You mean the update that changed sims faces? It's not in my power, EA has to fix the genetics of the sims to return back to their original state.

I love these, when using them with Kijiko eyelashes though, they put color on the end of the lashes. It happens a lot with rings/earrings, I was wondering if you knew why.
They share the same texture space, I can't do anything about it, the work space is too small and everyone who makes CC on the same space, the items end up conflicting then :( I'm sorry
I didn't want to tell all creators about this but, c'mon, is it so hard to put a picture and name of every piercing exactly IN PACK? I wanna see examples how looks thing to download that i need. Your CC is wonderful, i don't argue, you've done a colossal work. But there is an advice for the future: can you attach a picture to each file in a set? Thanks!
There's 92 piercings in the set, there is no need to increase the file size of the download without reason this much. My other sets are much bigger, it would take weeks for single pictures, if you would just take your own time and read the things that I already provide previously as precaution so you know what item to choose. In the post is a picture included with ALL PIERCINGS, EVERY SINGLE ONE. Just look and read. Not hard. Read accordingly and choose what you want.

ohgod you're gonna have to update all of these once uiversity drops, aren't you? bc they have changed the earrings category to peircings, and have a bunch of different locations now. literally praying for u for all the work r gonna have to do omfg.
ohh thank you!! tbh i am not that worried, depending on how i will like ea's system of piercings, i am most likely not gonna change my piercings as i've invested wayyy too much time into my own system of them ;_; all upcoming ones might be like the ea ones then... idk, we'll see :D
