Additionally to that process, I've added a few extra versions, for example the nostril piercing having a smaller variant, and some septum placement/size alternatives. Hope you enjoy ♡
Things you should know:
Base game compatible.
For fem + masc frames, teen-elder.
4 nostril, 5 septum variations.
12 colors for all piercings.
Found under general (face) acc category.
Compatible with different presets and nose shapes.
You can use the piercings on their own, or combine them to your liking.

14.07.2025 UPDATE:
The septum V4 (smaller) version was missing the strong gold swatch, I've seemingly accidentally had imported the rosegold swatch, which was close enough, but well, not the perfect match. It's all fixed up now.

Hi iam new to Sims and the whole downloading process and I downloaded a couple of your jewelry but it’s not showing up in game even though the show at startup box pops up saying it’s downloaded. Do I need to do something else? I tried restarting the game and creating a new mods folder but still nothing
Have you looked in the right categories? For example with the piercings, they're under general face acc category where the earrings are, as there's no designated category, even the maxis piercings are there
