Video: NEW U.S. Army Mobile Rifle Squad & Company (MBCT Ep. 1)
This video takes a look at the experimental organization of the U.S. Army's Rifle Company for the new Mobile Brigade Combat Team (MBCT). This is based on the Feb 2026 MBCT Handbook (non-doctrinal but formatted like a manual) and a student presentation from TRADOC on its experimental TO&E. I also cover the overall organization of the MBCT, how it differs from IBCTs, and the purpose of the Infantry Squad Vehicle the MBCT is based on.
The Wet Gap Crossing video is still happening, but I am moving it back to later next month because I want to add a new segment and it aligns better with a tentative sponsorship I am lining up.

Very informative, I hope the organizational graphics for the battalion and company will be available. As a former infantryman, I must say I am a little concerned that the MBCT may be a little too light. I know we seem to betting the future on drones, but I'm just not seeing anything here that carries a lot of punch. I hope you will have an update on some of the other units that will round out the MBCT.
Very interesting. Salivating at the thought of the MRBC coming too.
Will the MBCT handbook be posted on the website in the archive?
Nice
