Hi everyone,

The FC25 mod is here. It's very late, I know, and I apologize for that. This year, though, there is a very good reason for that! The FC25 mod moved really fast, until about May, when I put all of my focus into FET (the tool we use to make mods), and I basically rewrote most of the code to be faster and better. You can read a detailed summary here, but the biggest of many changes was support for adding assets, which has not been possible in the Frostbite era. This means that going forward, we can add new faces, kits, boots, and pretty much anything else, without replacing existing ones. This is an amazing opportunity that the community is very excitied about and lots of mods, including the FC26 Realism Mod, are making the most of!

Although it's releasing very late, this is undoubtedly a fantastic mod. It's not perfect, of course, it doesn't add any new teams (except re-adding teams EA removed from CONMEBOL), which is a big regret, I had plans to add the full Brazilian league, missing UEFA teams, and add many national teams and competitions, but my work on FET got in the way. I am bringing these same aims to FC26 and am very confident they will be done.

That being said, the features list is really fantastic and contains so much that no other mod does or has ever done, including previous iterations of the mod. This includes editing almost every competition schedule to be much more accurate, realistic weather probabilities based on 11 years of data, tons of updated and added badges, real transfer windows for all countries, and much more. The amount of content was also vastly increased, the FC25 mod contains almost 2x the amount of tattoos that the FC24 mod had. It also has 742 TV logos, compared to the 22 we had in FC24.

I also introduced the Turf & Color Grading Mod, which received an incredlbe amount of positive feedback, and you can see why here, here and here. This is something I'm really excited to build on in the FC26 mod as I think it can be improved even further.

Anyways, I hope some people take the time to read the full changelog I shared above (also available in the Discord), because there are so many little details you might not even notice!

As for the FC26 mod, I will publish some details very soon, but these new modding possibilities are incredibly exciting, and I think you will see why!
