Patreon issues are causing paused payouts and canceled subscriptions
Hello everyone,
I write this post very concerned and honestly, with fear, as there have been some problems with the Patreon platform, which has caused that many patrons cannot make donations or renew their subscriptions.
Some banks, for a reason that I still don't know, has blocked some accounts and marked them as fraudulent.
This is also affecting me, since it is currently impossible for me to make withdrawals from the platform, and it has been impossible for me to keep up with the necessary expenses for the development of the game (expenses in commissions, translation, among others).
I understand that currently, the platform is working to fix this problem as soon as possible (I hope so...)
Right now, I feel very affected psychologically, since it is difficult for me to concentrate with so much uncertainty, without knowing what will be the impact on future donations, since every day that this problem takes to be solved, the more the support will go down and consequently, I will have to adjust the content that I had planned.
I needed to inform you, since I have been receiving some messages, and, writing this post helps me to unload some of the frustration.
I hope you can be patient until this all gets sorted out.

So I'm a new subscriber for your game, but I've seen this problem happen on Patreon a couple times now, not to the degree it's causing dropped subscriptions but I will say they are very good about fixing issues when they crop up
this is the first time that something like this has affected me directly to the level of affecting my sleep schedule, I hope they can fix it soon :(
Hey Stawer I know I don't really contribute all that much to how much you receive toward building this game, but rest assured since you made it affordable I just let it run each month. If for some reason I get refunded I will message you as to what we can do as I love being a patron to your game and I hope this blows over a in a little bit.
I forgot to write this but PS you can't rush art keep up the amazing work.
It took me 4 days of phone calls with my bank, but I finally managed to reactivate my subscriptions. Good luck, Stawer, and everybody else!

Various governments have begun placing additional requirements upon financial institutions. This is the cause of the difficulties many individuals are suffering with payouts.
I've done some research, but in this particular case, that doesn't seem to be the problem

I read on discord, which take it as any other report, about Patreon moving their bank from California to Ireland, I think. The problem is wide spread and hopefully will be resolved soon. Hang in there, I remember something like this happening with Subscription star and I miss the two memberships I lost. I think Patreon though has a better grasp on the banking situation from what I've observed. Keep the faith, we will be there for you in one way or another.

Hey, money problems are real stressful and I can understand that. So if everything gets put on hold because I understand. Hope all goes well and resolves soon and smoothly.
It would be the worst, the "On hold" is almost like saying that the game is still there, but it will never be finished :(
