High School Years - No High School Situation Outfit

What kind of high schoolers are THAT into school spirit that they turn every week into spirit week? There's not even a pajama day!

This removes the "uniform" from High School situation jobs because unless there's a pajama day, it's just not worth it.

This goes great with the Fashion Authority mod by Lot51, btw, since now the career uniform for high school students can take priority.
