Release: Blaze, Stella, Zooey, Chel

I had some promises I had to fulfill recently, so I decided to release them all in one go!
Ironically, they're all brown girls  (✊🏿 BLM)

They are all in their own pack relating to their series. The franchises of these characters are still inactive until voted upon through the polls -  with the exception of Chel, who's the only one worth making in her series.
Stella I had to make from scratch, but the other two are major edits of other cards. I'll post my edits at another time.

Please follow the rules and do not ask me to make ____ character.

Characters
Blaze - Streets of Rage (Games)
Stella - Gunvolt  (Games)
Zooey - Granblue Fantasy  (Games)
Chel - The Road to El Dorado (Cartoon)
