Medieval Times — I've Got an Exciting Idea, and I'd Love to Hear Your Thoughts! 🏰❤️
Hey, everyone! ❤️
I've been thinking about something new for Medieval Times, and before moving forward, I'd really love to hear what you think!
As you know, downloading new versions, installing updates, and entering new access codes with each chapter isn't always the most convenient experience.
So, I've been considering creating something special: our very own Medieval Times Launcher! 🏰
Imagine having a single application where you could:
🎮 Access all Medieval Times seasons from one place.
🔄 Download and install updates automatically.
🔐 Log in with your own account, without having to enter a new code every chapter.
👑 Automatically unlock content according to your membership tier.
🌐 Access the online version of the game.
❤️ Stay connected with the latest Medieval Times news and releases.
The idea is to make everything simpler, more comfortable, and easier to manage.
Of course, this is still just an idea, and developing something like this would take time and work.
That's why I'd love to know what you think!
Would you like Medieval Times to have its own launcher?
Let me know in the poll and feel free to share your thoughts in the comments! Your feedback always helps me decide what direction to take. ❤️
Big hugs! 🤗
📌 Note: The images were generated using AI and are only concept designs to illustrate my idea. They are not screenshots of a real or working launcher.

Yes, yes, yes!! I think this is a great idea!!
As far as the download version will be still an unproblematic option (= not everybody is hyped by playing online) and also changing the tear will not be a problem, then why not. However, it means a lot of work for you...
Hi Pilgrim! 😊 Yes, it’s quite a bit of work, but I think it could solve several of the issues some users have mentioned to me, especially having to use the correct code for each chapter or season. By linking a Patreon or Wix account to the launcher, the launcher itself would handle all of that automatically. The online version would still remain available, of course, and there would also still be an option to download the game for those who prefer it that way. I know some people would rather keep using the old method. 😊 Thanks a lot for the feedback! Hugs! 🏰🤗
Brilliant idea! Would make updating and playing so much easier! Yes please! :-) oh and BIG hugs to you too! :-)
Awww, thank you, Andre! 😊 Judging by the early poll results, it looks like most people think it’s a good idea. If that continues, I’ll start working on the design and programming during the week, and I’ll keep you all updated on the progress. Hugs! 🤗
How would that Work for the Mac users since we’re having trouble with the newest version?
Hi Will! 😊 It’s still in development, but a lot will depend on whether I’m able to get the app properly signed for macOS. If that isn’t possible, the online web version will continue to be the solution for Mac users. One of the goals of this project is actually to solve the current Mac issue as well. I haven’t looked too deeply into the app certification process for macOS yet, but I do know it isn’t exactly cheap. 😅 Still, it’s definitely part of the plan, and if I can get it working, it should solve the Mac problem we have today. Hugs! 😊🏰✨
This is something I think every Episodic and Chapter based game should have
Hi Lady! 😊 Yes, I think it would save a lot of problems and would be very practical for Medieval Times. 🤗
