I'll let you make your own security decisions, but here's VirusTotal's analysis. You can see Windows Defender out on its own in the yard staring directly into the sun while pissing itself.

I submitted the executable to our lord and savior Microsoft to beg them to stop making me look bad, so we'll see if our corporate overlords have mercy on me or not.
