How Babies Are Made

So the current save system in the game was collapsing under the weight of the new baby-making system. In order to fix it, I had to do the soul-crushing work of writing a whole separate system to manage saving the data for these babies. I tried to avoid doing that and spent a lot of time on ideas that just weren't working. This is the best I can do for now, though. I'll probably alter and improve it later.

This wound up being a snafu, but I also will admit that my mind has wandered a bit over the last month, as it does sometimes when I'm feeling a little burnt out. I spent a little time just writing: working on some ideas with no code, just writing normal fiction. It was fun. I probably won't do anything with it, but I enjoyed it, and I got some ideas out that had nowhere else to really go.

The update will come soon, late this month or early next month. The free edition will also be getting an update a week afterward. Thank you for your patience! I think the pregnancy and birth systems are cool, and I think you'll like them!
