Hi, I was wondering if it will it be possible to import saves from the patreon version?

You can. They will probably also auto transfer on the same system (assuming you're playing the Windows build). However, you won't retroactively unlock achievements.

No. For now at least, the built-in cheats will be unique to the Patron Edition. However, the console is accessible, so cheating will still be possible.
