Pussy is not necessary and not needed unless the futa gets fucked too. Depending on the angles you pick, her balls could cover her pussy (even if the model doesn't have one). My view on this topic is ... a little complicated ... so bear with me as I explain my perspective on the question. Pussy: Yes = Futanari Pussy: No = Shemale These are NOT equivalent/interchangeable. As for the problem of "where to put the male genitals if the female genitals are still present" … the answer is that you can't just do a 1+1=2 type of spacing to fit both male and female genitals into the same crotch/pubic mount region (the anatomically incorrect option). Instead, you need to (as an artist) recognize that the male and female genitals are made of FLESH … meaning that they're "squishy" (albeit in hopefully the most arousing and exciting ways possible!). The trick here is that the computer bones, rigging and texture systems aren't structured (by default) in such a way as to make "genital squishiness" all that simple to implement. So if you've got a female genital asset that is (say) 15cm long through the crotch, from before the clitoral hood through the perineum, if you're going to add a (separate) male genital asset and have both you then need to start thinking in terms of 20-30cm long spacing for the (combined) genital assets in the crotch region of your model … and the result just doesn't look right. On a lot of (actual) human bodies, if you take a 30cm/12 inch ruler and put one end at the anus and contact rotate the ruler through the crotch, the other end of the ruler will wind up around the navel of the abdomen, so 30cm of spacing for (combined) genital assets just winds up looking wrong (really wrong!). However … If you take your 15cm long female genital asset and adjust its dimensions to only occupy 10cm of length in the crotch instead of 15cm … you "squish" the female genital asset in such a way as to make room for a male genital asset "above" the female genital asset in the crotch area of your models. For a "well endowed but still human scaled" male genital asset you're looking at a penis thickness of at least 5cm/2 inches diameter. So if you have a 10cm long female genital asset and a 6cm long male genital asset in front/above, you're back to occupying roughly the same 15cm length space of the original female (only) genital asset. If you want to get into "Pillar Of Creation" territory with 10cm thick "monster" erections, the space needed for the female+male genital assets starts turning into a 10+10=20cm minimum type of region (with 24cm being a more practical length required). There are ways to "fudge" the proportions for this, but the real answer is that as an artist you need to decide how much surface texture of your models are you willing to devote to genital assets … full stop. If that length is … say … 30 cm (just to illustrate the point conveniently) … you can do the following: • Female only genital asset ⁃ 20 cm length for vagina+anus ⁃ 10 cm length for "unadorned" pubic bone region that does not deform with large insertions (because of pelvis bone structure in the underlying anatomy • Male + Female genital asset ⁃ 10-15cm length for vagina+anus ⁃ 5-15cm length for penis+balls (highly variable depending on size) ⁃ 0-10cm length for "unadorned" pubic bone region that does not deform with large insertions (because of pelvis bone structure in the underlying anatomy You then need the vagina+anus region to be able to *deform* in such a way as to enable penetrations (because, see above, flesh which is squishy). So when the vagina is penetrated, the vaginal opening will dilate in such a way as to compress the region set aside for the anus. Likewise, when the anus is penetrated, the vaginal opening will need to compress in such a way as to make room for the anus to dilate open. In other words, the anus and vagina should BOTH change shape during penetration, not just one or the other. Needless to say, most of the setup in computer modeling is not done this way by default, which then makes it difficult to set parameters to simulate all of these conditions of contact and kinematics. But the most important thing to decide FIRST is how much crotch length you want to give to your genital assets in total, so as to be able to create "plug ins" that can be fitted into any character model you want. Once you have that decided, you can then start working on "dividing" that regional area into "what goes where" and how it ought to behave within the space allotted to it. The key point is that Futanari genital combinations (male+female) are going to need to "share space" in that region, so it's perfectly fine to "squish" the female genitals by 1/3 to 1/2 in order to "make room" for the male genitals within that limited area to work with. So the best way I've seen it done where everything is still anatomically correct for the most part: The clit is just slightly elevated/forward, and is instead made to be the penis. The testicles are around where the urethra would normally be with a vagina, and they typically say/hang a bit lower, so the vaginal hole can still be seen & accessed, as it appears just behind the sack.
