piercings?

Like most body modifications, they don't appeal to me, but I don't mind them either. Specifically nipple piercings are controversial because they reduce sensitivity by severing thousands of nerve connections. On the other hand, some people swear by them and claim that such piercings increase sensitivity. The big factor is whether the pierced person likes them, and if so, that (the liking) is what's sexy about it.

I don't care for them, and they're not great for breastfeeding so that's a mark against piercings too lol. It's one of those things that's a love it or hate it, but I'm glad to see people who like them are gonna be eating good from the looks of things! I love the tease too.

Honestly I don't like them. I am lucky enough to have sucked a titty before. It was pierced. I kept worrying that the piercing would get stuck on my teeth and rip the nipple. Plus, I just like the smoothness of an un-pierced nipple. I admit, they look sexy, but they get in the way for actual play.

I'm not always into piercings, since they can reduce sensitivity, but nipple clamps are always a fun alternative.
