Alright, after thinking about it for a while
I wasn't really fond of the YCH idea and probably won't do it over my usual monthly requests. However, that doesn't mean I won't consider it for the future - maybe every couple of months I'll gather my practice sketches as one big canvas and post them online, asking for character recommendations and choose who I like.
Still thinking of transitioning into doing commissions, but I'm still struggling to deal with lack of motivation when drawing certain ideas... I'll have to think some more about that.

If I may ask, what sort of motivation problems are you having?
After starting, I realized I didn't want to draw that character and such. Now imagine getting paid to draw said character - I'll probably finish the piece, but it'll probably come out worse looking compared to the average.
