Linda Cube Again Retrospective (AD FREE)
A deep dive into a obscure Japanese exclusive PlayStation title that sought out to make the the first anti-RPG. What seems like a "simple" game at first has a unique objective, there is no final boss or grand quest, just a goal to collect 120 animals before 1999. But everything you could possibly imagine attempts to impede your collecting.
A cruel and unusual title that appears to just be created for shock value but underneath that veneer you have a mechanically competent and forward thinking game from one of Japan's most under appreciated game directors. I've fallen for Linda and I'm sure you will too.

what a messed up story, i miss unhinged stories like this and thank you for taking me through the story in such a beautiful way. 10/10
im so addicted to this game now its so different and I am chasing the dragon of finding another game like it now
I feel the exact same way, it truly is a outlier
Had to join patreon after seeing this on YT. Keep up the good work man, your videos are great.
your 2 hour long niche videogame videos are my life elixir. thanks goat
I am VOTING WITH MY WALLET for future content of this magnitude. So many old school YouTube vibes with these videos.
You're truly batting 1000 with these video essays. I'm pretty sure Netflix should pick you up, but I also think you're videos are too good for that. Humor 10/10, content 10/10, style 3/10... nah I'm just playin, I put on a Hawaiian shirt this morning and while I was at work got notified of your new video and Damn! These videos have been great. Keep it up man, I've got nothing but good things to say about your work.
Sounds like a great experience, maybe a little lacking in direction. Out of interest, can you take the drugs at the end of the first scenario? Presumably there is a bad ending for that.
Damn you really hit me with the mixup when you said “you know what else happened in 1997?” 😭😭
Don’t stop doing these man, switching to long form with your style of humour is one of the best decisions you’ve made
sincerely thank you for the encouragement I hope I can keep doing these for many years to come
Pretty interesting story I must say. Enjoyed the video :)

This one was unhinged in the best way possible, I could tell you didn't hold back on the script for this one and it fits the game as well so it was loads of fun to watch
Weird comparison, but Hume reminds me of Maine from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. Tragic.
Sensational!
