Malignancity (Untitled Sewer Game) Update

So, most of the work I've been doing on Malignancity has been focused around working out the direction of the game, which is something that unfolds more and more as I work on this project but, I've also done a bit on the city part, which will serve as the primary setting in the game. Part of that was completely redoing the city to make it part of this vision I have, which is alluded to in the name.
