Ofc it isn't that easy...
For those of you experiencing that you're unable to enter sex scenes, or are unable to add or remove characters from your roster (should only affect users that booted the steam game before patching. Users that never opened the steam game before patching should be fine), here's a fix:
If you open your steam game before applying the patch, it will dirty up your UserData folder, and the JP game will be unable to read cards from the steam install. In order to fix this, do the following:
1. Rename UserData to UserData.old (this is to backup this folder in case you got characters you made in the steam version. This may be fixable by future mods, so probably a good idea to keep the backup till then)
2. Extract the following files to the game folder:

that should make the game work properly from there on out. I plan to create a R2 shortly, so will take care of that as part of the installation there, unless a mod is created to deal with this by then.

Sorry again, i'm not very good in this kind of things, do i need the kk manager to use them?
You do not need to use kk manager to use them as they are already applied. The kk manager is just used to view all the mods and so forth. You can press update to update the mods such as for studio and exclusive mods. But I do find the download speeds to be very slow at this time.
sorry i'm a newbie at this, i need to download all the 3 SB patch files from mega, right? Then how can i apply this files to the game?
Yes, download each individual pieces of the 7-zip file, there are three of them. Open the first one, which allows you to extract the .exe file from the zip file. Run the .exe file, and locate it to your steam installation HS2 folder. Run the game through steam or through initial settings.exe file in the folder of the game. Set your desired settings like screen resolution, graphics mods, and so forth. Also, you may want to install and apply the hotfix to fix the bug where you cannot begin sex scenes. Download the two files said above, they are two pieces. Extract them to your main folder replacing the UserData folder. And that should pretty much be it. Everything as a result should be uncensored as well as translations for voice should be there now, just like the better repack Japanese versions.
The In-Game achiements are not translated and are "empty" after the Mod. Seems like a translation issue, do you know About it ?
So if I install this, it makes the stream version work just like the downloaded version?

I just did a re-download and a full virus scan, and it came up clean. False alarm.
Glad to hear. Hits like these happen every so often (and are kinda annoying >.<). Basically what I suspect happened here is that the MachineLearning thingy just didn't like that I don't sign my files with my real name, so it starts out with a negative score. As more people use it and no problems are flagged, the AV engine eventually starts trusting it more. Let's hope that is the end to this story :-)
