I copied the contents of the folder and pasted it into the game folder and ran the game. But the screen is white and the game does not run.

If you're using torrent, try to recheck the torrent to make sure of it's integrity. If that checks out, try to use rhe newest version of 7zip to extract it

still having issues opening the inisettings, i allowed exceptions for my firewalls and even disabled them and even after a fresh install it still wont run for some reason ._.
