The POV mod allows you to adjust the POV with mouse wheel scroll. Is there a way to get original POV back? It also glitches blurring when you scroll really far out then back in.

Is it possible to change the language in BepInEx?
Yes, just go into the BepInEx/config folder and open the autotranslation config, there you can change the language

Yes, that's due to it causing way too much problems. I will readd it when the new version releases, hopefully in time for R2 :D
