AOTM POLL ("Aged Like Wine" Edition)
This poll's theme features albums that were initially met with harsh criticism/people weren't receptive. Then as time passed the narrative changed, and these albums became highly regarded and praised as excellent/innovative (or even just "this is actually pretty good").
**USE THE COMMENT SECTION TO SUGGEST A THEME YOU'D LIKE TO SEE**
Winner of the Last Poll: Outkast - Stankonia
PS. Don't worry, themes will eventually get revisited. Also, the poll allows multiple choices.

Nah we need an automatic It Was written reaction since Yall did Illmatic .. like come on I’ve been waiting for more Nas album reactions
Bro really Kayne won ? Smfh fuck this shit should’ve been Nas It was Written Off the rip
Forget 808s we want It Was Written regardless lol
Look I know it’ll never have a chance at winning, but seeing Jeezy on the channel would be so refreshing. Like I need an exception made man
Okay my money way longer than a nascar raceeee 🗣️🗣️🗣️
Outkast ATLiens album is one that needs to be check out on the patreon! I think its their best album tbh. 1996 and it's aged like fine wine! You can definitely hear the influence outkast had for every rapper today.
Beef albums would be a good theme, like albums that are made more significant by a beef or have a lot of shots on them
It’s been awful already a classic add it to the list
It Was Written>>>
Of course it was written.
The Kanye fans on this Patreon must be stopped by any means.
Think you oughta do both It was Written and 808s. Vote is so close…honestly it could go either way
Might be cool to do a obscure/niche AOTM from famous artist. So many of even the biggest artists have projects people (intentionally) have never heard of. Whether that is because they dropped two albums together with only one being mainsteam/radio focussed, or artists dropping under alter-egos or members of big groups with solo projects that no one's heard of or even in some cases as movie soundtracks etc.
Freddie drop a deluxe to you only die once
It was written is Nas’ best album
Would love to see yall do a video on Mac Miller’s KIDS Mixtape at some point. Think yall would vibe to it for sure
high key yeezus should be here
Can you do Spectre's version of Iceman? Please
Suggesting a theme, I'd like to see an "Second Chance: 2025" theme. Basically albums from the last year you missed, Mckinley Dixon Magic Alive, Billy Woods Golliwog, etc.
iww!
I want to see a kicking knowledge AOTM. Have Immortal Technique, Ras Kass, KRS-One, Public Enemy types on it. Mainly cause I want yall to check Soul On Ice
A rap label/group edition would be interesting too, but exclude the main acts from consideration (ex. no Drake/PARTY from OVO, Cole/JID from Dreamville, Jay-Z from Roc-a-Fella, etc.). Maybe even a label/group you're not the most familiar with.
Def Jux
Why is Kingdom Come there?
Imma be honest I kinda hate all these albums lmao
That's crazy I actually think It Was Written is better than Illmatic. That's just my opinion tho I know I'm in the minority
I think it would be cool to do a regional edition of this (East, West, South, or Midwest). A UK edition would be cool too.
I Never Brag How Real I keep It Cause It's The Best 🤫
Need some classic thug 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Respectfully, it was written
Ain't no way y'all put young thug here 😭
lol man anything is possible
