July 24 Patreon Access Errors Update
Hey all,
It's been a few weeks and I'm still in contact with the Patreon support team. They assure me that they're still looking into the issue but they haven't seemed to figure anything out yet. I know it's not just me affected by this, so if enough creators complained then I assume this is being looked into more broadly now. Unfortunately I have no idea if/when this will be fixed, so if you're still affected and haven't already fixed it on your end then I'd recommend doing so now.
Here are two methods that have worked for others:
1. Simply resubscribe.
2. Change your subscription tier to something else and then change it back.

I was affected; I didn't unsub/resub since they were trying to charge me, but I sent an email to support. IDK if that got them off their ass to fix it or it ended up getting fixed for other reasons.
Has there not been any new content since July 6th? I see posts but that's the last one with an animation on it

Finally got my access back after becoming a member again
Yeah patreon has never been functional in the like 6/7 years I've been using it so didn't surprise me 😄
I had to change tiers and then change back. No biggie, but it is inconvenient.
It is also fixed for me, without me doing anything. Last I checked (last week?) it was not fixed. So something was being attempted with at least some success, it seems.
Fixed for me, but I didn't do the suggested fixes. I usually access via the Android app on my phone. I logged out, forced closed the app, cleared the storage & cache, then opened it & logged back in. However, I don't think this is what fixed it because I did this earlier in the month to no avail, but suddenly it's fixed. It must just be a coincidence.
I submitted a ticket to support 10 days ago and just got a response this morning fml... thankfully it only effected 1 creator at the time. And is back to normal now for me.
Fixed for me !! We need more baldur's gate for the inconvenien ahah !!
Confirmed, I did not resub/change tier/etc as others did and as of today I am able to see everything normally again.
i just got an email saying "congrats, you're now a member" after changing my tier, so i'm guessing it's fixed now. what a weird issue

Hello, today i found out it is fixed for me. I didn't changed tier, resub or anything else.
Truly appreciate the update!! I used the tier change method and it worked when I encountered the issue! We understand it’s not your fault !!!
I'll add what fixed mine again, changing my subscription back to the exact same tier I had before the error did not take extra money out and seems to completely fix the problem altogether.
