Gemma reward delay
Hello everyone! So today I was about to send your rewards, when I opened my PS and saw this. I had a sudden power outage overnight and file turned into this black square. 40+ hours of work just disappeared, all backups deleted, I tried to restore the file but it's just impossible, it's irretrievable corrupted
Thankfully I have saved some WIPs for step-by-steps, so I haven't lost 100% of my work, but I have to render everything once again and draw all versions once again too..
Sorry, this is the first time this has happened to me in my entire life, I draw more then 10 years in PS and it has never done this to an original file before..
I will try to redraw and render the picture as fast as I can now, I will try to send them in the next few days, I've set a deadline on 15th of May

Oh no D: So sorry to hear that... At least you managed to save the WIPs, I'm sure you can get a very similar (or even better) result! ;) (Um, may I suggest using an uninterruptable power supply? You probably already know about them but those are things where you plug your PC and when there's an outage it allows it to keep going for about 10 mins or so, so you have some time to save everything before it goes kaputt)
Thank you! yes, it was in my plans to buy one later >_< It wasn't such a necessity because it really never happened before, and I save out of habit very often, so I've never lost much progress during random power outages hehe. For now, I've decided to keep a few files (backups) while I work on the art!

Fuck I’m sorry that happened :( that must be really frustrating. I hope it won’t be too much extra work
It's gonna be, but I can handle it! My biggest shame is that I was very proud of this work and how the render came out, hopefully I can do it again
