Crowhaven Episode 2 - Status Update

Hey everyone, I wanted to drop in and let you know how things are going with Crowhaven development.

Right now things are going good, a lot of rendering is happening and a lot of post work as well. Episode 2 will be a blast and we'll get to have Jenny again in an even hotter event, along with two new systems being put in place.

First system : You might have noticed that as you play the game you get to gain some "Insight Fragments", these can be used in Episode 2 to unlock optional extra lore and story content. The more time you spend in Crowhaven and along its people, the more points you accumulate and the more you can learn about them. There is also another use for these Insight Fragments, there's a character that can be romanced only if you spend the points and gain info, we only got to see her for a second at the end of Episode 1, and that's Agent Himiko. She's a bit of a bookworm with a very interesting intimate side, but you can only get to know her better if you pique her interest (trust me, it's worth it to discover her kinky mind).

Second System : This other system is tied to story elements as well as Insight Fragments and will be present throughout the game in various forms. One of the form is searching for clues for bonus Insight Fragments (minigame is short and optional, can be skipped for lower fragment gains). Another form of this system is secret content, you might notice something strange on one of the images as you're playing the game, clicking the strange thing gives you access to the secret content. This secret content will vary, from simple short story content to an entire adult scene but it will not impact any routes or relationships as I want it to be optional and not have you hunting the screen for flickers just so you can be with one of the characters, it will only bring optional extra content.

Also, as a side note, coming in Episode 2 we'll get a link "Walkthrough" that when clicked opens your browser to the online walkthrough folder so you can alt-tab to it at any time while playing the game without having to go back to the downloads page for it.

Starting with next week we'll also get some page updates here and hopefully also get info on a timeline for Cursed Affection's Steam release.
