My favorite clones are: 1. Rex 2. Fives [ he has by far the best story but i like Rex more ] 3. There could be many clones here but i'll go with Gregor.

You are going to see about the clones in the later seasons. And how they turned out to be the way they did. There is A LOT of explanation in season 5 and 6. You just have to wait and see. Oh and by the way. The clones with the yellow color on their shoulders are under the command of Obi Wan. The clones with the blue color are under the command of Anakin.

kind of hard to answer the top 3 clones but i would have to say 1. Commander Wolffe 2. Captain Rex 3. Sev (he's kind of a unkown clone as he is in the clone wars for a couple of seconds but he is one of the main characters in a video game called Republic Commando)

Btw Cody is basically Obi-Wan’s commanding Clone and Rex is Anakin’s. You’ll see them a lot throughout the show. Rex is by far my favourite clone

Many have likely pointed this out, but the Separatist droids and the Clones share several similarities. Both were engineered for the purposes of warfare and align themselves with a specific side of the conflict. The difference is in their nature. The Clones are human and the droids are machines. This is why we tend to find humor or a slight sense of pity when droids are destroyed, but the death of Clones makes the audience feel a deeper sense of sorrow. This theme stays through the entire show and is what makes the audience root for the very people who eventually betray the Jedi in "Revenge of the Sith."

Just wait for the later season, the series will get darker with every Season.

Regarding Order 66 and how the Clones just seemingly turned on the Jedi out of nowhere, that gets explained in detail eventually. So no, whatever you do, DON'T watch something explaining it lmao

One thing that I really like about the Clone Wars show is the amount of content we get to see throughout the entire series. Some episodes may be slower than others and mainly side characters misadventures, but in the grand scheme of things you get to see how much the Clone Wars and the downfall of the Jedi impacted and changed the world.

Don’t know if you’ve been told yet, but the clones with blue on their armour, like Rex are under command of Anakin, the ones with orange like Cody are with Obi-Wan. They have different colours for their Jedi

As Alexis Georgiadis said, episode 302 is also basically the same arc and takes place right after episode 105. This is a great video nonetheless, love seeing your Clone Wars reactions.
