WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON WITH THIS SHOW?!
The upside down city, the skeletons in the desert, and the most wholesome ass intro I've ever seen?! I feel like every time I think I'm starting to understand what's happening, this show throws some even crazier shit at my face.
But honestly, what stood out to me most was Hal opening up about his father's death. That conversation with John gave me a completely different perspective on Hal and why he is the way he is. There's clearly so much more deep shit going on beneath the surface with this dude.
ONE EPISODE LEFT. I NEED ANSWERS.

This is definitely my favorite episode of the series followed by 3, 8 and 4
btw Alex about your watch knowledge comments (props for knowing about RM btw), the watch John was wearing was one of two models; depending on the model it was either worth around $450k USD or $1-$1.2mil USD not sure if the rural country girl from a town of 1100 knew that lol but yeah, not sure why he gave her that but I guess he didnt have any other option lol. PS Alex if you do get a rolley, I know a lot of people start with the submariner line cause its so versatile, but id recommend the two tone date just w/ jubilee bracelet (def not oyster bracelet cause it ruins the entire aesthetic) and bezelled dial. its in the "starter" group so its not crazy expensive, and it can act as a milestone for you. Then, once you made it made it, buy the presidential version which is one of the most goated and iconic Rolex's of all time. That being said, lowkey fuck Rolex and all their gatekeeping bullshit. They're not even the best watchmakers, nowhere close, and they have a giant stick up their ass and act like their shit dont stink and they're gods gift to the world. Kudos to their marketing for making their watches so desired, but goddamn they are insufferable. A Lange & Sohne and Patek Phillipe are prob the top 2 but those are for like rich rich people lol.
