Felt like my body is fighting off a sickness potentially. You know that feeling of being on the fence of getting sick or not? It鈥檚 like tomorrow I鈥檒l either wake up feeling amazing or sick.
Yeah that鈥檚 me now. Decided to get as much sleep as possible.

Get some zinc supplements into ya if you feel like a sickness is coming. It can cut down the recovery time.
Your rest and health is more important. Take care of yourself
You should try to have eucalyptus honey in a cup of tea, it usually work for me. Don't use it if your allergic to pollen tho, could be traces of that in it.馃憤
