Should i make a seperate teir for nsfw artwork?
so now that im doing art full time, i want to put more love into my Patreon. should i add a second tier specifically for nsfw artowrk?

Making a "paywall" isn't that uncommon for artiste to do. Besides, it's better to give your patrons more options depending on the content they want.
