Future plans for my Patreon
Hello, Rampage here :)
First of all, I would like to thank you all of my patrons for supporting me for few months now.
I just finished the last commission picture from this round, and before the next opening, I would like to make some changes on my patreon. An expansion.
The reason behind this is that as an artist, I want to focus more on drawing personal pictures more then I've been doing.
Till now, most of my income comes from doing commissions, and spending my time more on doing personal pictures means making less money.
My thought is to expand my patreon so that i can balance out between doing comms and personal pictures without having to lose my income. Or better yet, make even more money if my patreon gets big enough!
So here's what I planned for now.
First, I'm going to start promoting my patreon page officially.
More people knowing about this page means more followers!
Second, make more pledge options then just 1$.
I haven't though much about it yet since it's my first time doing it, so here comes the next part.
Third, I'm going to make a discord server for my patrons.
Right now i'm planning to make my own server for you guys so that i can get feedback and hear your opinions about how to run my patreon.
These are pretty basic plans at the moment, but i think making my own discord server and talking with you guys about the patreon will help me expand it greatly!
In summary,
-This round of commission is done
-I'm going to start expanding my patreon page
-Following plans for that are promoting, more tiers, and the discord server.

Excited for whatever you decide to do! My #1 suggestion is to focus on making yourself happy first. Structure your patreon in such a way where you aren't trapped by the amount of work you promise your fans. People will love your personal work!
Thanks for the advice Fella :) I heard some artists got stressed out having to do too much reward pictures, I'll try not to get burned out :)

A patreon linked discord sure seems common now, so I think that's a great idea! For artists, starting polls and having patrons vote on them seems common, also having higher tiers be able to make recommendations for polls. I look forward to seeing this grow!
Yeah i heard patreon linked server is a thing and that's what i'm gonna do :)
I always enjoy seeing your personal artwork, and I think making a discord server would be nice to bring all of us together and share different ideas. As for your patreon, you could do different polls and stuff like that to have more people join and vote on different stuff, that way you have more activity from your followers. I'm looking forward to the changes you will be making, and I will increase my tier whenever you get that settled out :)
Thanks for your opinion! Yes, i see a lot of artists making polls and voting on their own patreons. Gotta do some brainstorming about that too.
