I'm very interested in your game But I like one NTR character, using women as masturbation tools and being violent. I like it when the player approaches women with love, kindness, and gentle sex. On the contrary, I like NTR characters to be completely trash men. I also like NTR characters' big dicks. I like it when rebellious women eventually give in to NTR characters. (They love the main character, but they obey NTR characters.) I like it when beautiful women's bodies get ruined as NTR characters' events progress. I also like the change of wearing piercings. And I like that such change is in Stand CG. I think your NTRS is also very good. But, NTRS characters are too kind.

I sub off and on when i get the money, only thing i guess i would be more inclined to see is side repeatables. i feel we got some that helps build up the story but not too much after that. (no hidden titjob/pool scene leading only leading to a BJ after etc.)

I honestly think that this game is already finished sure u can add more endings or scenes but it wont have the same impact like a whole new game, so just an idea u can still work on this game while also working at your own pace in the story or characters for a new game. Sorry if I ask for too much its just an idea

I used to be a patreon for a few months. For me personally the game started to drag on. As I had no interest in the side characters the wait between updates that had content focused on what I liked became fewer and further apart. So for me, I would like to see what you can do with a new game premise, but I understand it is difficult to wrap up and start something new that might not retain members.
