Weekly Blog Post 4/20/26 The Jump Quest RPG
Greetings everyone!
Sorry for the delay on the Blog Post. Got home yesterday from a wedding party and didn't sleep on top of waking up more dehydrated than a desert.
Let's jump into what the core theme of the May Update will be. Introducing...
The Jump Quest RPG!
The Jump Quest RPG is a traditional side scroller and it comes with Quests, Items, Jumping, Climbing, and a simple attack system in the same vein of The Original Zelda. Your main goal is the exact same as the base story in that you go from West of Mushroomtown to Southperry and the Airship.
Picking up around where the Hero meets The Guest in Lith Harbor, this minigame is MASSIVE. Unlike The 2 Jump Quests we've added, this one is made to do the following:
Not annoy you
Be very fun, engaging, and with substance
Make you laugh
Not only will you be exploring Maple Island with a new physical Chibi, you will also find new NPC's, some very funny dialogue, and have a very traditional experience like in vanilla MS.
Overall, this one minigame will last about 3-4 hours and include plenty to see and do on top of making it worth it since the goal is to make this a 1 time event. Once you complete it, you're done.
The last two weeks have seen us add a Sword to attack, Shoes to move and jump faster, and we're now adding more to make sure it's truly perfect. But for those that do not care for minigames, we're still adding to characters! Astilda, Len the Fairy, and Rixxa are getting Route content and Sex Scenes.
So where it's characters or minigames, the May Update will have plenty! Join us next week as we finally bring up our favorite Elven Gilf, Astilda!
