A tutorial of the basic HUD and a Tutorial of the map have been added.
Improvement of Life - Confirmation Toggle
Just to speed up the game and reduce clicks, you can turn off confirmations which will allow you to bypass the confirmation questions. I.E.- Do you want to spend $2 to take the bus?

The phone profile you get on characters will show what effects you have placed on the character.

3 new branches to this event have been added.
Corrupted Kelly Scenes
If Kelly is corrupted enough, and Unisex Bathrooms have been enabled, you may encounter Kelly doing naughty things on your way to class.
School Grade system added
Every week your grade will drop by 6 points.
Every week your grade will increase by each study point you've accumulated.
Every critical success from a class that you get gives you a study point.
Every Study action in your room that you do when you have less than 6 study points gives you 2 study points.
Every Study action in your room that you do when you have 6 or more study points gives you 1 study point.
So this means, not counting critical successes at school, you'll need to study 3 times a week to maintain your current grade. But will take more effort to push you grade beyond that.
Report Card system added
At the end of each month, you'll get a report card.
(not Implemented yet) If you have an F you'll get a lot of Demerits which could lead to a game over.
(not Implemented) If you have a D you'll get a few Demerits which could lead to a game over.
If you have a low A you'll earn 25 School Influence.
If you have a high A you'll earn 50 School Influence.
You can see your Influences by mousing over the Influence button on the main HUD.
School Influence system added
You can now make an appointment at the Principals Office. From there you can request changes to school policy or ask for letters of recommendation.
The dress code can be loosened at the cost of 50 School Influence or 250 Global Influence. This can be done twice.
PDA policy can be loosened at the cost of 100 School Influence or 500 Global Influence. Doing this will allow kissing and heavy petting in public.
Unisex Bathrooms can be implemented at the cost of 200 School Influence or 1000 Global Influence. This will open up random encounters to occur before class.
You can request a letter of recommendation for 100 School Influence or 500 Global Influence. You can request a letter of recommendation for Globex, The Initiative, and Logistics Division. A letter of recommendation will (eventually) give you 20 Influence to the respective Organization. (This isn't implemented yet)

It's gonna be a while. She's slated to be added once the school is complete. Since most of the basic game functions should be finished by the time the school is complete.
What exactly is the mom drunk scene? The one where she tries to text, and you can either interrupt her or fetch her from the shower later? Or when she comes home with her friend, who sleeps on the couch? I've not noticed anything different about either event in this version. What am I missing?
There are different sub events that can occur during this scene. Those are triggered if your alignment is low, your mom is a nympho, or your mom is obsessive.

You can't in Patreon and Public builds. Only Test builds, if you are a tester.
How do you go about lowering people's inhibition? I know having sex with mom and taking the generous options lowers her inhibition, but what about Kelly? Is there an another way?
Using mind control and making them change clothing to more revealing clothing helps lower inhibition. Alsu using Lust Overload a lot will end up dropping Inhibition.
No bugs that I've found, but just wanted to say I love the study/grades mechanic. Imo, perfect amount of pain in the ass for a resource mgmt game :D
you get - willpower for person, but not only 1x per day, this is big change from 0.8 and bad one. with bad rolls in school you can get 0 in 3. day of school
0.09.03 is uploaded and it should fix all these connection problems.

So... how exactly does one go about raising School and Global influence? I still have 0 after getting A's and asking both Kelly and Mom to spread words of my deeds.
You'll get a report card at the end of each month regarding grades. As for Gossip, I may need to check code.
I'll most likely be removing the password protection soon. I wanted to see how much of a deterrent the password was , and the answer is not a lot, unfortunately. So I'll be taking a different approach. I appreciate the feedback.
Let me get this straight. To keep from 'devaluing' our funding of your project, you have moved to a subscription model from a purchase model? One in which, instead of being able to play the game as long as we want whenever we want, we can now ONLY play a non-cracked version of the game for as long as we continue to fund your Patreon? It seems to me that all the password system has done is increase the value of a cracked version of a new release of this game. I love this game, and have been financially supporting it basically since your Patreon came out, but I am deeply concerned that this new copy protection system is going to generate some well-deserved backlash, quite possibly in the form of backers leaving. I know I'm now considering doing so.
Realistically speaking, public releases for this game happen all the time. With that in mind, going to this model isn't that bad for people who stop paying. That being said, I used to be in the military and connection to the internet can be gone for vast periods of time. People like that will be unable to indulge their twisted hobbies overseas. That sucks. They really need the stress relief. :P All that being said, I still support night city. Getting early access to newer versions of the product is a nice bonus, but ultimately it's about supporting creators of things that the world won't rightfully support. Twisted little "moral" asshats.
A little odd tidbit that doesn't break anything, but might be worth mentioning. If ask mom to help spread rumors about you, it will say +influence, but then two odd things happen. The new tooltip for infuleunce goes back to the old follower tooltip and your influence doesn't go up.

I do hate that shit people using gator and what not to make some cash off even public releases, at least back in the day when you were pirate you used a torrent and did it for free, now they make money off the shit.

Concur with Aphrael, 0.09.01 still has the slowness. (I tried disabling "Hey Dummy", but it didn't help, and I didn't want to miss any of that dialogue anyway - funny stuff!)

I understand your frustration with people grabbing ad revenue by hosting your game, but that password idea is nothing short of awful. Online connection required, expiration in three days? That's bad enough, but if someone's been supporting you for a while, but has to stop for a period of time, they would no longer be able to even play the game they already had. You'll need to come up with a better solution, or you'll eventually lose supporters over that.
I debated all of this for a while, but in the end, I decided protecting my patrons investment was worth it, as for a previous patron having to stop for a while and losing access to the game. You still have access to the password until the next billing cycle, and since I put out builds once a month, there is a very good chance that the version that Patron was on while paying for it, will be a public build by the time that person loses access to the password.
Got a bug fix uploading right now that fixes the menu, esc/right click and the slowness. You can download it in the same folder. It's build 0.09.01
yeah, you can click on pref in the quick menu for now. I've asked my code guru to take a look at it. I'll get a bug fix for this as soon as possible.
The menu appears when you sleep in the right corner, but i dont if you can save in other way
