Release of Loser_v0.01.10

I have tried the apk on two phones now and get the same message on both: "ERROR Unable to initialize the unity engine" any ideas?

Has anyone mapped out a schedule for the week or written some sort of guide? Not looking for a full walk through or cheats, just an idea of the weeks events.

I've done a quick check on 0.01.10. the biggest bug the shower was fixed. added the im here button, mean keeping the order of rooms, so the room icon not jumping anymore is great feature. but checking my character sheet the stamina, health, arousal, appearance, reputation still all wrong.

sorry to say that version 01.10 doesn't work either on a Mac (same results as previous version: launches then quits immediately)

Ok, second batch of notes: -9b The -5 max focus at Laziness 2 also doesn’t applies. -13b No better idea than reduce eating empanada laziness to 1, it will trigger much slower/ less likely real laziness. On the other hand watching tv could cause laziness. -21b Why Post about your day is “Cost: 1Hour 5Focus 2Stamina” vs Clean room (your) is “2Hours/10Stamina” no cost, no :, no spaces, but /. When I have relationship <50 shows correctly that you need min 50 to ask money from her. But if you have >50 it shows cost of borrowing is 30 relationship even if it deducts 50 as it supposed to. (The missing picture from 0.8 was fixed) -47 “Quit game / Audio / Main menu” three menu button is just weird, how it works. It appears and disappears with pressing ESC unlike any other window which has the big red cross in the corner. For example save/load or inventory menu. It caused me a bit of confusion when covered half of tutorial screen and I don’t know how to get rid of it. :) -48 What is difference between humour and clean jokes why a good humoured character neutral for humour based topics but not for clean or dirty jokes? -49 Why borrowing money increases order? -50 Watching entertainment or educational video cost also should show how long it will take. -51 Unlocked Gag gift doesn’t seems to unlock anything or at least I can’t find it. (Suggestion the things not in a game should show somehow different like use crossed over characters so it’s obvious for player not to look for.) -52 Grab a snack 1 hour is ridiculous, all limited to 1/day anyway. so rather reduce some bonuses, but make them 0 hour. -53 Worth consider to think about sleeping regenerates stamina/health/focus is % of maximum. So incensements on maximum stats are more meaningful. +10 Max stamina on healthiness is not a big thing, if you get the same 24/day regardless of your maximum is 25 or 50. Because the current way makes you have the same active day regardless of your fitness. -54 When going into bathroom with Gina in it what’s depends that I can clean it or not? It seems unfairly random to me. -55 It would be nice to show number of skills and total skill level on character sheet as well. There is plenty of space above the skills. -56 Unlocked movies in living room doesn’t unlocked anything I can see. -57 It would be nice if character pictures changes based on relationship/interest how the phone pics changed in SP. -58 No jobs in game yet.  -59 Romantic gifts how do they work I can’t find them unless romantic novel it is. -60 Maybe Nap/Rest should give some laziness or if you go to sleep within x hours from waking up. -61 Watching tv sometimes should give politics instead of trivia. (hello news) -62 I wanna join Becky doing Yoga!  -63 I unlocked 23 skills and gained 34 ranks on them, big tap on the shoulder for my efforts. -64 Its impossible to gain ranks on politics, Becky has skill on it and interest but never uses any topics involving politics. -65 Physical exercises should reduce arousal. -66 If you breaking taboos like incest, you could also add bestiality (ok that’s probably better suits the SP). -67 What a heck is boredom?

I’m so nice, this time I pretyped it in word and just pasted into the stupid Paetron comment box. So I could see what I’m writing. Means I have paragraphs, better spelling and grammar structures. On the other hand I was able to write much more.  So Loser bug report and gameplay feedback: (Tested 08-13; on alpha v0.01.09. PC version) -1 Windows Defender flags up as unrecognised app and potential risk. No other unity games give me this, so it must be some easy way to avoid it, even if it just a minor inconvenience. -2 A list of known bugs, and some patch notes what was fixed changed in each version would be nice to know what to look for and test. -3 Me and myself permanent topics has still to similar icon, however they affect different stat. To avoid confusion they should be somehow more different, for example use different tone for skin or colour for hair. -4 Reputation is a bit crazy, in 0.8 I didn’t get reputation for Civility 1, my reputation was 3 instead of 4 for a while. Then it started to grow without skill growth or notifications. Went up to 14, now 0.9 if fixed the random growth, my Rep is back to 4; however skills indicate it should be 5. // Smarts(1) +1 Charm(1) +1, Civility(3) +1, Order(2) +2, Selfishness(2) -1, Socialmedia(1) +1. // -5 On the other hand my Appearance is 2 higher than it should be. 6 (6) instead of 4. // Charm(1)+1, Charisma(3) +1, Fitness(1) +1, Tidyness(3) +1, -6 By the way Social media is two words and Tidyness is Tidiness. -7 I know smarts is correct I just feel, it’s somehow not the right word for the ability. I think somehow smartness would be a better one. -8 In the white character set the 1 and the 7 are almost identical, very confusing even after many hours of gameplay. When the 1 doesn’t have the base they usually use 7 crossed over the middle to make them visibly distinguishable. -9 The -5 max stamina from Laziness 1 doesn’t applies (unless it wouldn’t reduce under 30). -10 Personally I think it would be better way for laziness if Nap/Rest/Sleep gets longer with or without giving additional bonus. -11 Is there a way to reduce skills? Because personally I’m an achievement hunter like to max out all skills, but Unhealthy 3 looks really bad. Also you can unlock for example Laziness quite easily unintentionally without even aware the Laziness 1 penalties and that can be upsetting for some bonus maximizing players. -12 You can be healthy and unhealthy at same time. I know it possible like exercise a lot, but drink heavily, but it’s weird. I’m not sure how hard to unlock one to lock another one from programing, and how would affect game. But it’s a suggestion. //This also requires way to reduce skill so you can change your chosen path later.// -13 Also weirdness. I got Laziness for eating lots of empanada so I had extra stamina and I could take extra shifts in tiding bathroom and kitchen as well. It was just weird, for working extra hard actually getting lazy. -14 As naps, tv usage… are limited but can be more than one it would be nice to show how many usage left. Like an (x2) on the choice box. -15 Tv program vs porn shouldn’t be random, it’s just weird. It should be time bound you watch porn in living room at night when nobody around and before selection the choice box should make it clear what you can watch. Or even better, porn would be extra option, but grey during daytime (unless you get some pervert ranks…) -16 I chose gamer type and still only can play game once a day. Even if I play only one hour. Weird. -17 Not to mention the actual bug If I not play at all, because I chose “Never mind” that still uses my 1/day video game access. -18 Empanada looks more like a piece of cheese or some crème caramel to me. Shiny and round I never seen empanada like that. -19 Morning lights are some very dark orange colour filter. Looks totally sunset to me, sunrise should be bright and yellow. -20 If you manage to increase 2 skill at same time (with same action), you only get notification about 1 (tested on 0.8). -21 When you use space in costs and when you not is totally inconsistent same about capital letters. Example tidy living or your room is: “2Hours/10Stamina”, Clean Bathroom is “2Hours / 10Stamina”, Grab a snack “1hour…”, Sleep “1-6 Hours”, “Available(fitness rank 1)”, Practise Charm “1Hours / 7 Focus / 2Stamina”, Sleeping “Gains: 6Focus 24Stamina 6Health”, Encurage Behaviour: “1hour / 5focus / 2stamina”, Watch TV “2hours / 4Stamina”. I think it would look the best it you use first letters as capitals, but use space between numbers and words and replace the slashes with commas as slash often mean or. For example Practice Charm: 1 Hour, 7 Focus, 2 Stamina. -22 Tidy up living room cost show 10 Stamina, but deducts 14. However available with stamina 10-11… as well. -23 Extra location Saloon is not accessible even after unlocked. -24 Wardrobe is not accessible even after unlocked. -25 Some action to pass time (wait button) without using Stamina focus is really missing from the game as Nap generally only available once. -26 The cost of bathroom actions like shower, practice charm are unreadable as they partly appear on the very bright area of bathroom wall. -27 Why is in skills called Civility, but in topics or actions is good manners. It just confusing for new players. Standardize and simplify. :P Same about Excersise-Fitness, Vanity-Selfishness, not to mention Charming-Charisma which is super silly as you have an abilty Charm just to be total confusing. To even take it further on permanent topic called properly Civility not Good manners. But both Selfishness and Vanity coexist. -28 Showering is still bugged. Total randomly shows “already done that today” even if I haven’t. -29 I can do heavy workout without having 14 stamina or 10 health. -30 TV still shows Gains 5 focus, but gives 10. -31 Room icons very blend. After several hours of gameplay still confusing, you should make more newbie friendly. Suggestion make them generally bright like it would been highlighted and the ones you move the mouse over wont highlight just change the colour of the frame from yellow/red to green or blue. -32 When you get xp all skills starts with small letter (social media written in one word there too), on charter sheet every word starts with capital letter (on non-white charter set, whit is just all capital). -33 Burn topic for xp option appears for items and permanent topics both even if it’s not selectable for any of them luckily. -34 Hotbar slots numbered from 0-9. As they are positions the first is called 0th which is really weird. 1st would be more natural. So suggestion to renumber them from 1-10. -35 Watching tv, playing video games cost stamina is weird. They are relaxing activates. So when you don’t have stamina it means you too tired to sit down and rest with watching tv. It is just weird. As they both can be done limited time per day. I would suggest completely removing stamina cost and reducing the bonus for focus. -36 Skill progress bar at maximum is a bit too long. 2 pixel goes over the designated space for the bar and one over the frame of the skill box. -37 Location cricles really shoud show which character is present so you don’t have the annoying click everywhere to find them. //For a good solution check Dark Silver’s Glamour game.// -38 More than one slot for save games is kind of essential nowdays. Not to mention auto save. Especially it only runs in windowed mode and closing the game is just a few millimetre away from closing inventory. At least once I lost my progress due to closing the wrong one. :D -39 Encouraging behaviour. The never mind button doesn’t disappear after you choosing it. So it gets carried over to the next screen and partially cover the continue button on the blue textbox. -40 If you chose a topic you must put it to hotbar (or burn / destroy) unless you close the inventory. You can’t select another one. If you changed your mind, miss clicked you still have to put it in hotbar, than replace it. Unnecessary inconvenient. ((-The unlimited shower, light exercise, basic practice charm can’t be tested anymore as they were bound to certain skill level and I passed those levels, but the practise charm which had a same issue got fixed, so I presume they got fixed together)) I got more, but need a bit more testing to write them properly and I am a bit exhausted of testing and typing. 

I have about another 40 bugs. This take painfully long to write and type them, so plz let me know I'm not wasting my time and you will act on them. :D -1 you can do light exercise with less than 7 stamina, including 1 or 0 (fitness 0). -2 watching tv gives 10 focus however cost shows 5. -3 living room tidy up cost 14 stamina, cost shows 10 (can do with less than 14 not tested yet). -4 quick slots number from 0-9 is weird because of slot 0th is ? I believe 1-10 would be more natural. Items and permanent topic doesn't have the destroy option, that is good, but both have the burn for xp option even if its not select-able (luckily). -5 with tidy 2 I could clean bathroom with Gina in it with tidy 3 is not possible anymore i tried, different level of dirtiness and relation, nothing. -6 tidy 3 shower doesn't cost stamina anymore still you wont be able to do with low stamina. -7 why the hell watching TV cost stamina? //it represents time would be ok, but you use it as tiredness, tv should give stamina as kinda relaxing at least its weird you cant sit down and relax as you too tired. // -8 BIGGER borrowing from Becky inconsistent somewhere cost shows 30 somewhere 50 relation bat always charges 50 more importantly all picture missing from event, just white background shows. -9 skill progress bar with maximum is a bit too long 2 pixel goes over the bar and the box...... Quick bug report: -1 with 0 focus/stamina still could do the grooming despite it would cost 4 each. -2 grooming doesn't give temporary appearance, neither 1 nor 2 regardless what it says (not show on character sheet, Becky bedroom chat still inaccessible). -3 a wait button is really missing only non stamina/focus costing time skip is rest, but 1h is available only once a day so you can jump trough events unwillingly. -4 the encourage behavior thingy the never mind button doesn't disappear if you click on it so half way overlaps the blue box with "continue" till you click couple of times both. -5 cost of grooming unreadable as white text appears on bright white background. -6 room icons should have much more vivid coloures /brightness they barely recognizable.

Is any x-rated scene in this version? I didn't find any yet, so shall I keep grinding or its just some early alpha with minamal content in it?

Practicing Charisma in your bathroom causes a loop that cannot be gotten out of.

Dear Night City Productions most linux distro's these days are 64-bit systems with no 32-bit libraries installed, so when you are exporting a pure 32-bit Unity game for linux it will not work out of the box unless the users have manually installed the 32-bit dependencies. Some games tell you which libraries it needs through error messages, this game just says it's not a folder or a file. I know that there is a method to produce a version with both 32- and 64-bit binaries in the same folder. Otherwise we will need a list with the 32-bit runtime libraries it needs. Other than that, thank you very much for trying to make the game available on all major platforms :)

Played it for a bit, got caught in an inescapable loop practicing charisma.

I only had $10 but I thought I would test out the online store and I'm stuck there. I think you need to add in a end button there or allow esc to back out of stuff.

I don' t know about the iOS build (don't have à phone), but I can tell you the PC-Mac-Linux version doesn't run on a Mac computer
