Valentine's Day Illustration Process!

Hello, hello! 👋

I wanted to share a little bit of what the process roughly looks like when I'm making an illustration! Though... it's very random most of the time XD I'm trying to figure out how this works, soooo let me know if there's anything weird.

I make the Cherry Waves episodes entirely on CSP (Clip Studio Paint, both PC & iPad), but for illustrations I jump between this and Procreate (iPad). This one was on CSP.

This is the whole process after I fixed and adapted the sketch I did for the prize for the comment contest I held over at Tapas!
It was originally this comment with this request:

The recording is suuuuuper sped up btw. I think it took me 3-4 hour...ish? Idk, I'm slow xD
I usually don't work like this when I'm making the episodes (everything is more "streamlined" and simplified), but I like to indulge, take my time enjoying doing things manually and just trying out stuff sometimes.
Always following the same process is necessary to make comics (or we would literally die trying xD), but it can become very monotone and autopilot, unfortunately. That's why I keep such a consistent artstyle every chapter!! (HAHA, NO)

Anyway, I can tell you more another time.

Oh and you can expect this type of content dropping in the Meatball Sauce tiers and up in the future! :D
